Cough Mixture for damp cough

Contains organically grown Elecampane root (Inula helenium), Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis), Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Horehound (Marrubium vulgare), natural lemon flavour and organic vegetable glycerine. 

Take as directed for "rattly", wet coughs with excess mucous and infection.  

We recommend plenty of bed rest whilst unwell, and that you eat nourishing whole foods and drink plenty of clean water and/or herbal tea to help the healing process.  Our Fever Tea is an excellent companion to this cough mixture, as is our Beat the Bugs syrup.

Store in the refrigerator once opened and use within six months.
