Contains organically grown Korean Mint (Agastache rugosa), Spearmint (Mentha spicata) and organic Peppermint (Mentha piperita).

Drink one cup a day for your digestion. This is a delicious tea—if you like peppermint tea, you'll love it!  

Not recommended whilst breastfeeding as it can slow up or halt the production of breast milk.  Avoid during pregnancy.  

Store this herbal tea in a glass container in a cool, dark place and use within 12 months.
