Relax-Me Tea

Contains organically grown Oats (Avena sativa), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Skullcap (Scutelleria lateriflora), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and Rose petals (Rosa sp.).

Drink a minimum of two cups per day to promote feelings of calm and relaxation, without feeling groggy.  Safe to drink whilst breastfeeding, and will pass through the breast milk to baby to help prepare baby for sleep.  A stronger brew can be made in the evening to help you fall into a deep sleep. 

Delicious as is or with honey. 

Store in a glass container in a cool dark place and use within 12 months.
