I must say I was not an initial fan on the taste scale, however my taste buds have grown to like it, and I return to drinking it whenever I need to.
It did take virtually a whole bag for me to get used to the taste, however the positive effects on my digestive system were felt so much sooner. All up it is definitely worth preserving especially if like me you’re initially not too keen on the taste because it definitely works. It does so much more than just calm and soothe.
Jo recommended for me to sip it throughout the day which working full time I struggled with at first until I picked up one of the bottle tea infusers, this was game changer.
I still turn to this tea when I feel the need.
