All Heart Tea

Contains wild gathered Hawthorn berry, leaf & flower (Crataegus monogyna), Linden flowers (Tilia cordata), Rose (Rosa gallica) and Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis). 

Drink a minimum of two cups per day to bring gentle and effective support.   This is natural medicine for the heart, soothing not only the physical heart, but emotional heart too, bringing support when it's needed most during times of grief, sadness and stress.    

Delicious taken as is, or honey can be added, or it can be taken as an overnight cold infusion with sparkling water added. 

Store in a glass container in a cool, dark place and use within 12 months.

🌿Linden flowers - a beautiful plant that eases a nervous heart that causes palpitations and flutters.  Linden is a calming herb that eases tension and associated headaches.  It also is an excellent herb to alleviate fevers associated with colds and flu. 

🌿Rose - another gorgeous plant that has been highly revered since the dawn of time for it's ability to strengthen the heart (physically and emotionally) and induce feelings of love and peace.  Rose can also reduce inflammation and tone the digestive tract.
