Breastfeeding Tea

Contains organically grown Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Aniseed (Pimpernel anisum) and Chamomile (Matricaria recutita). 

Drink at least two cups daily to help with breastmilk flow. 

Delicious on it's own or with honey.  We recommend infusing for at least 15 minutes.  The longer you brew the tea, the stronger it will taste. 

Store tea in a glass container in a cool, dark place and use within 12 months.
