Cough Syrup for dry cough

Contains organically grown Wild Cherry bark (Prunus virginiana), Plantain (Plantago major/lanceolata), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsus), Pleurisy root (Asclepias tuberosa) and organic vegetable glycerine. 

Take this cough syrup as directed for a dry, irritable cough.   

Store in the refrigerator once opened and use within six months.

🌿Wild Cherry - an excellent plant for dry, irritable coughs that just won't let up.  This cough syrup probably wouldn't be as effective if it wasn't for this very effective plant.  Please note that we wouldn't recommend this for a cough that has just started as it might suppress the body's natural process of expectoration.  It's specific for long standing, dry, irritable coughs. 

 🌿Plantain - a cooling, moistening, soothing plant that will soothe and heal dry, inflamed mucus membranes.  

🌿Licorice - another cooling and extremely moistening plant that will soothe a sore, irritated and inflamed respiratory system.  Has the added bonus of making cough syrups taste good too.  We buy this organic plant in from Kerrindale's - a reputable herb importer. 

🌿Mullein - no dry cough syrup could be without Mullein and it's incredibly soothing, cooling properties.  A key plant in getting you back to full health.  Mullein has been used for centuries to soothe sore lungs and help produce mucous to aid in expectoration.
