Contains organically grown Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), Ginger root (Zingiber officinalis), wildcrafted Central Otago Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) and organic vegetable glycerine. 

A delicious blend of herbs to take at any time of the year and for natural immune support. 

Dosage: 2.5mls twice daily for 2 - 5 yrs; 5mls twice a day for 6 - 9 yrs; 5mls up to four times a day for 10 yrs and over.  

This Beat the Bugs syrup can be taken as is, or in still or sparkling water.

Refrigerate after opening and use within six months.

    Used beat the bugs b4 going on holiday as around unwell people. Kept well on holiday when other family members didn't. Pleasant tasting. Tingling throat on return, so resumed, throat came to nothing. Highly recommend
