Contains organically grown Oats (Avena sativa), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Skullcap (Scutelleria lateriflora), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and Rose petals (Rosa sp.).

Drink a minimum of two cups per day, as a natural treatment for stress, worry, overthinking and sleeplessness.

A great brew.

Great Sleep

I drink this each night and even if i wake up, I will easily go back to sleep again. Previous to Relax me tea, I used melatonin. Now I dont as Relax me works and is delicious.
