Contains organically grown Elderflower (Sambucus nigra), Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea), Skullcap (Scutelleria lateriflora), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica) and Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis). 

Drink a minimum of two cups per day to assist with seasonal allergies.  A natural remedy for hay fever. 

Delicious as is or can be taken with honey if preferred. 

Store in a glass container in a cool, dark place and use within 12 months.
