Nourish-Me tea

Contains organically grown Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), Oats (Avena sativa), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) and Peppermint (Mentha piperita). 

Drink a minimum of two cups per day to provide nourishment to the body, and/or to help with recovery from illness, and/or to use as a preventative against illness.  This tea is excellent for providing nutrients to the body. 

Delicious as is, or honey can be added.  You can also make a "super overnight infusion" by doubling the dosage and leaving it to steep in a thermos overnight.
